    FIXED ANNUITIES

Our annuity products are financial products that offer a steady income stream, typically for teachers and retirees.

Let’s talk about a 403(b) plan which is an annuity that is the equivalent of a 401(k) investment plan. The deposits (payroll deduction) are usually made with pre-tax dollars, which means they aren’t considered taxable income. The money you invest in a 403(b) plan grows tax-deferred until it’s withdrawn during retirement.

    LIFE INSURANCE

Our life insurance falls into two categories.: term life and whole life (permanent):

Term Life Insurance provides coverage for a period of 10-30 years. Term life policies tend to have lower premiums.

Whole Life Insurance/Permanent Insurance policies build cash value over time, which can be used to pay premiums, withdrawn, invested, or borrowed against. Whole life insurance policies include variable life, universal life, and whole life policies.

    HEALTH INSURANCE

Health insurance covers a percentage of your doctors’ visits, hospital bills, and other health care costs. Health insurance often includes free or low-cost preventive care, like vaccines, screenings, and some check-ups.

You may need to pay a deductible before your health insurance starts paying for a large portion of your care. Also, you may need to pay a co-payment or co-insurance in addition to your deductible. This information will be thoroughly explained once you select a plan that caters to your needs.

If your provider is within the covered network you pay less for health care. If you see an out-of-network provider, you may pay more for services.

Our agency is connected with health insurance providers who will work to meet the individual needs of our clients.
